Create a free family tree to color for kids, no sign-up needed. Already colored or in black and white, with or without photos: you choose, then print the vector PDF in A4 or US Letter landscape.
“Who was your dad when he was little?” Kids love to know where they come from. A family tree for kids is the best way to answer them, in pictures. Avant Nous offers a free family tree for kids: you customize it in a few minutes, then download a PDF ready to print. No account needed, and no genealogy file to import.
It helps children understand their family (parents, grandparents, great-grandparents), put faces to names, spend time together coloring and sharing memories, or do a school project.
Already colored, or to color?
Already colored: customize the colors of the leaves, the trunk, the rabbit, the squirrel, the bird and the butterflies.
To color: the tree is black and white, with clean, bold lines: the perfect activity for a rainy afternoon.
With or without photos?
With photos, each person appears in an oval, with their first and last name written in an arc underneath. Upload your photos and crop them right online.
Without photos, each box contains only text: first name, last name and, if you like, the year of birth and the place.
Fill in the tree now or later?
Now, online: click a box, type the names, then download the PDF. Boxes left empty disappear
After printing, by hand: download a blank template, print it and fill it in at home with a pen
